Founder and CEO Greg Rubin founded Garcoa Labs in an effort to attract the woman of his dreams who led a renowned natural skin care company at the time. After meeting his future wife, Greg entered the skin, hair, and beauty business as a manufacturer. Throughout the early part of Greg’s career, he had the good fortune of working in a multitude of industries and in a myriad of positions. This included owning/ operating retail stores, manufacturing facilities, research and development labs, and brokerage houses. His diverse background ultimately provided him the experience he needed to start a liquid manufacturing business in the liquid CPG industry. He has since worked to build one of the premier liquid cosmetics manufacturers in the United States. Garcoa Laboratories is America’s largest woman-owned, private label, controlled label, and contract manufacturer with facilities in multiple countries.
